My Loving Touch (Je t'aime),2015. Acrylic on canvas. 38.75" x 37.125 x 2.875" (with painted frame).
This is a personal painting for me - I finally discovered why I paint the way I do - a moment of self actualization! The work was created mostly with my fingers! I used gentle tapping and "strokes" to create the piece. Other areas were roughly scratched on with a palette knife or the tip of a brush.
These opposite approaches reflect the various ways I see myself; some days are good, some days are rough.
